#2 Diet Tip – Go For A Walk

Another easy diet trick is to go for a walk after eating.

I try to eat small meals every 3 hours for many reasons:

  1. I can eat less while not feeling like I’m going hungry. (After all, I’m going to eat again in 3 hours — that’s soon!)
  2. I can maintain a constant flow of nutrients throughout the day and keep my insulin levels from fluctuating wildly. (Less “tired after eating” spells.)
  3. Smaller meals put less of a stress on the digestive system at any one time.

By going for a walk after eating (when possible), it gives me a chance to see if I’m actually still hungry or if my body figures out that I did eat enough.
